BIA Cordon Bleu, Inc is a privately held company that has been in business since 1952. At the time of the company's founding, many items used in gourmet French cuisine were mostly unavailable in the United States. Monsieur Jean Mouraille, the company's founder, (a French engineer who had fallen in love with California) made frequent trips to France to visit factories and bring back the best of French ovenproof porcelain. Today, BIA manufactures and distributes a complete line of porcelain cookware & bake ware, coffee & tea serve ware, and dinnerware, all with contemporary shapes, unique glazes, and class C decorations. (taken from amazon.com) This brings us to this little white creamer. It is approximately 3 inches high and holds 7 ounces. This piece was made in Brazil. The solid bright white glaze and clean design compliment any homes decor. Made of porcelain, is resistant to chipping, cracking, and staining to keep them looking new. This is considered used and has no chips, dents, or cracks on it.
